I don't want it with the throttle, can you remove it before shipping?
We will give you a handlebar without a throttle in the package. If you don’t need a throttle, you can replace the handlebar with a throttle with a handlebar without a throttle. How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?
We have after-sales centers in Europe, PVY 1-Year Warranty Accessory: Structural component-fork, seatpost, handlebar, stem, brake lever, brakes, sprocket, crankset, and thumb shifter, Electronic component- charger, controller, display, booster, shifter handle, motor, and shifter. (if a product problem occurs within the above warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new one free of charge if it cannot be repaired.) For the Frame 10-year warranty applies.
Does it need to be assembled after receiving the bike?
Our ebikes are brand new and come in a folding state for easy shipping. And with an assembly finish of 85%, you can easily put it all together. Once unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar angle to fit your height and riding style. It's a quick and hassle-free process, allowing you to hit the road in no time.

I purchased two PVY Z20 Plus e-bikes for my wife and myself, while my daughter went with the Z20 PRO EVO, and so far we’ve been really happy with all three bikes. The Z20 Plus is definitely on the heavier side, especially compared with a traditional bicycle, but that’s something you quickly get used to with a fat-tire folding e-bike. We even mounted a small trailer on the back so we can take our dogs with us on our rides, which has made these bikes even more useful for our family.
The Z20 Plus is perfect for everyday use, whether we’re riding around town, running errands, or simply going out for a family ride. The build quality is very good for the price, and the bike feels solid and capable.
There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding all the display settings and adjustments, but once you figure everything out, it’s pretty straightforward and works well. One thing I would mention is that younger kids may be better suited to a lighter, non-fat-tire e-bike because of the extra weight.
Overall, I really can’t complain. For the price, quality, versatility, and fun factor, I would definitely recommend the PVY Z20 Plus to anyone looking for a fat-tire folding e-bike.

Ich kann leider bisher keine gute Bewertung abgeben, da dieses Fahrrad defekt ist.. Pvy versucht zu helfen aber bisher hab ich keine Werkstatt gefunden, die mir bei der defekten Gangschaltung helfen kann.. aber sobald das Problem gelöst ist und Pvy ihr Versprechen einhält, die Rechnung zu übernehmen werde ich meine Bewertung noch mal ändern.
Zumal wir das Fahrrad bereits einmal haben und mit denen keine Probleme haben
